LiftCurve LLC, doing business as Maple Owl Games ("LiftCurve", "Maple Owl Games", "we", "our", or "us"), respects the privacy of players of our mobile games and visitors to our websites. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you play our mobile games, including Memory Match: Focus & Recall, 22-0 Fantasy Basketball Draft, Quick Cross: Family Dice Game and Phrase Link: Two-Word Puzzle (each, a "Game"), visit any related websites, or otherwise interact with any online features or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this Policy and in our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Account information: display name, email, avatar — only in Games that offer a profile or sign-in. Our Games have no sign-in and collect none of this. Progress, purchases and settings stay on your device; the only thing any Game sends is the leaderboard information described below, and only in the Games that have a leaderboard.
Leaderboard information: Quick Cross: Family Dice Game and 22-0 Fantasy Basketball Draft each have public leaderboards and no sign-in.
In Quick Cross, finishing a game sends a display name you choose, the avatar you pick, your total points and the number of games you have played.
In 22-0 Fantasy Basketball Draft, finishing a season sends the team name and team crest you chose, the season’s win-loss record, the players you drafted, and the points you have earned toward the weekly league. The players you drafted are not shown to anyone; they are kept so that a reported score can be checked.
Both Games also send a random identifier generated on your device the first time you play. That identifier is not your device’s advertising ID and is not linked to your name, email or any account. Only your display or team name, your avatar or crest, and your score are shown to other players; nothing else is. Uninstalling a Game, or clearing its data, discards the identifier, and a fresh one is generated if you play again — which means your previous leaderboard entry can no longer be reached from your device.
User content: text, images, surveys, or feedback you submit.
Customer support: name, contact info, message content.
Usage data: game sessions, levels, crashes, purchases.
Device data: model, OS, IP address, locale, IDFA/AAID.
Cookies & SDKs: for analytics, ads, and diagnostics.
We receive data from app stores, attribution providers, and ad networks.
We and partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs to measure and personalize usage and ads. You can manage settings in your browser or device.
Depending on your location, you can request access, deletion, correction, or restriction of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use reasonable safeguards but no system is 100% secure. We may notify you electronically if needed.
We retain data as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and for internal uses like improving the app.
A Quick Cross leaderboard entry is kept while the leaderboard runs, so that a player's place and history remain accurate. A 22-0 leaderboard entry belongs to a single day or a single week and is kept so that day's or week's standings stay accurate. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below; because there is no sign-in, please include the display name or team name shown on the leaderboard so we can find it.
Our Games are aimed at a general adult audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, or under the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction. If we do, we delete it upon discovery.
We do not sell personal information. Residents may request access, correction, or deletion via the contact below.
